Great Bend Rec Kids “Snow” Day at KWEC

Spend a “snow” day at KWEC by exploring the wonders of snow and snakes. In addition to being a day off school, Feb. 15 is the continuation of Chinese New Year, the year of the snake. Participants will make snow crystals, get up close with the KWEC snakes, make a snowflake and/or snake draft catcher and take part in other fun-filled snow day activities.

Transportation will be provided to bring kids out to the KWEC.  Preregistration is required by calling the Great Bend Recreation Commission at 620-793-3755. There is a fee for this program.
