Don’t miss your chance to celebrate Earth Day at the Kansas Wetlands Education Center!   

The Earth Day event held at the KWEC in 2012 was a huge success with over 220 participants.  Young and old alike participated in games; demonstrations, such as a solar bake oven and solar popped popcorn; crafts from the Great Bend Zoo and Sunflower Diversified Recycling; and giveaways!  Plans are underway for another exciting Earth Day at the KWEC on Sunday, April 21.
