Linda Penner is the Senior Administrative Assistant/Gift Store Manager at Ft. Hays State University's Kansas Wetlands Education Center (KWEC). Linda and her family were natives of Nebraska, moving to the Cheyenne Bottoms area when her husband started his career with The Nature Conservancy in 1996.
